Case decision made after or before Biometric ???

Hi all,
Could anyone please confirm that PSW visa decision by a case worker is made before biometric or after. As, they already sent us the case number, so one can say the file has already been processing. Further, they also mention on the UKBA site about processing time and date of processing application ?

That's okie . Thanks for update , could you please tell how long they will take it after biometric ??? Its been 2 weeks and I am wondering abt results :) is there any contact number for case update info ???
