It's an exam aimed at testing your English ability so what you think? However, you have posted in the EEA route forum and it is not necessary for people on that particular immigration track to take this test.

You can take the test in your mother tongue, only if your mother tongue is English, Welsh or scottish Gaelic.

But as pointed out, this is not the correct forum for this topic.
