Hi there,

My other thread may be getting a little long but the link is here so i'm not simply duplicate posting.

I just would like to hear from anyone that has applied for an EEA FP using the 'Surrinder Singh' route: Having a) an unspent criminal conviction and b) whereby the British family member has only resided and lived in an EU member state for 4 months.
Also, on the application form that asks for intended period of stay in the UK How should that be answered if unsure of length of stay?
