UK EEA family permit application in Dublin

Please, has anyone applied for uk family recently in Dublin?

I am having a problem finding the VAF5 online application form, the one I found could only be printed out and not filled online. Has there been any changes recently? The uk embassy in dublin requires that application be made online, but there is no online application form for EEA family permit.

I and my British wife want to travel to UK for visit this coming month, could someone help me with advice, please.

OMG, do you not know, you need to fill it out online and then print it and take it with you to the Embassy in person
