ACRO police report

Hi,
As i'm in tier 1 visa, which is going to expire on Oct 2012 but i has left paying my loans and credit cards due to personnel problems.
Now I'm wondering whether I can try to apply for some other countries like States and Australis.
When I checked through their websites they have asked for ACRO police report.
Will this police report reveal about the ccj and defaults.
Can anyone please help me with this.
