FLR M wedding certificate

Post by nchat » Sun Nov 06, 2011 9:37 am

Hi.

One more last minute question. I just saw few posts on this forum that my Indian wedding certificate may not be accepted for FLR (m) in-country application. I am switching from Tier 2 to dependent visa.

I am a bit puzzled by it. The same wedding certificate was accepted during my wife's ILR application (we used it to prove change of name).

Any feedback on this. I dont want to waste my 850 Pounds. I never applied for CoA as we got married in India. Is Indian wedding certificate accepted or not?
