Established presence in UK but applying from abroad.

Post by tuliprose » Sat Nov 05, 2011 1:04 pm

Hello
I have been living in UK since 2004 and currently on student visa.
I have completed my masters from UK university and have been refused tier 4 extension due to short of funds.

As i have completed my course and currently in appeal process.

I am planning to withdraw appeal and go back to home country.

My family is supporting me for 200,000 pounds and i wish to come back on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa within six months to avoid break in my long residency visa.

Just want to make sure if i start maintaining my bank account back home now for required maintenance funds to save time. So do i need reduced maintenance funds as 800 plus 533 each for my dependants or i need 2800 plus 1600 for each dependant for 90 days??

Please give your inputs, thanks alot.

2800 for principal migrant (Appendix C: clause 2) and 1600 for each dependant (Appendix E: clause (a)).
