Hi,

If you can prove that it was a graduate level role, it can be considered ... inspite of the fact that you did not have a bachelors degree in hand then. Another important thing would be to show that this was a "full-time" role.

No one stops you from working full-time even when you're a full-time student. In India, the outsourcing / offshoring sector is a classic example of such possibilities today.

As for HSMP, in my opinion if your reference letter can clearly state that this was a full-time role I don't see why this should not be accepted. You can always use the cover letter to explain that while you're a full-time student during the day time, you were a full-time employee of this organization.

In theory this statement is true. But in practice I have not heard anayone succeded to claim this point without degree. Up to now I do not know any good eveidence that you could show to rpove this. You need to be careful about this.

I think it is woth to try. But it is better if you back up your points to cover this point. Please tell us the result if you decide to go for this.
