change of employer

Post by raoul1987 » Mon Nov 07, 2011 12:52 am

on tier 2 visa doing 40 hours a week. potential good job with an extra 7-10 grand a year with a different employer. is it possible to reduce my current hours with my current sponsor to 6 a week i.e sundays only, and the new sponsor will apply for my CoS for 40 hours a week job (no sundays)?. what do i need to do 1st? get new employer to sponsor my new visa then fill in change of circumstance form to reduce hours on the old visa. its a bit complicated and i dont know where to start from. will the home office approve such my change of circumstances and hours with the old sponsor or is there a minimum number of hours that i need to do to qualify to have 2 sponsors?

any help will be appreciated
thanks

1. Apply for leave as a Tier 2 (General) migrant with the (new) employer.
2. Upon being granted leave, work for the current employer as allowed under the "supplementary and secondary employment" provision.
