entry clearance for spouse

Post by amshhaq » Fri Nov 04, 2011 4:36 pm

Hi there
I have a query i cannot find answer of. I am on tier 1 general untill feb 2013 when it ll be due for extension. i am in uk for 4 years, came as a student did my masters in sciences, switched to PSW and then to tier 1 general. I have two kids who are dependent on me. I want to switch my visa to as my husband `s dependent (spouse). My husband is on tier 2 general. Is it possible to switch while in ukl or i have to go back to my home country for entry clearance.
I was wondering if it can be switched in uk as i m on tier 1 general and my husband on tier 2.
Thankx

You would have to apply from outside the Uk.
