Parent ilr, child waiting for bc can travel?

Hi,

Our daughter was born in uk in Jan, 2009. We are due to apply our ilr in dec 2011. We are planning to skip ilr for our child and directly apply for bc.

We need to travel to India as well.

1. Can she travel with the tier1 dependent visa valid until may 2012, even after we got ilr?
2. If we apply bc for her before travel, does the bc certificate allow her to come back to uk?
3. What would be the best case situation for this?

Settlement visa would be applied then from India? How much time would this take?
And also would this effect her british passport process then?
