Time of application

Post by joot123 » Tue Nov 08, 2011 12:45 pm

My husband and i have been waiting now for 14 weeks for his ilr (set m) to be processed. I always thought after 14 weeks you could phone about the progress of his application but upon phoning we are then told that if you have submitted within 6 months they cannot tell you how the application is doing. I was then also told that the 14 weeks of asking for a progress report about the application didn't exist anymore and if we haven't heard within the 6 months then to call back! Can someone please tell me if this is true because we thought we would have heard something by now. Thank You.
