Hypothyroidism, would I be rejected because of it?

Hi, I have one son in Australia who has just got residency and another on the way. I would like to join them in a few years but am Hypothyroid.
Would this be something that would exclude me from being considered and could you give me an idea of wht percentage of parents can hope to be accepted?
