Not Bringing Dependants along for a PEO appointment

Post by delver » Wed Nov 09, 2011 10:09 am

I have read at various postings on this forum that people who had SET(O) PEO appointments with dependants have gone alone and it was acceptable.

I have a PEO appointment coming up next month and the instructions clearly state in the "Appointment Checklist"
Bring all the dependants registered in your application with you to this appointment.
With that in mind, is there any official guidance anywhere about not requiring to take dependants along or is it just tried and tested tradition.

Since you don't need to register their biometric information at ILR, that's why you don't need them at appointment.

If, however, you are applying for an extension application that requires your biometric data then you need to bring/take all of your dependents.
The question is... to be or not to be....
