Getting appointment for TierI- Gen

Hi ,
I have two queries.

1: I am unable to get an appointment online. been trying multiple times a day for past almost 15 days but no luck yet. :( Is there any specific date/time or can we get it over phone?

2: What is the CaseId , mentioned in the appontments help which we need to enter to book any available appointment.

I am facing the same problem, and tried dates from 17 Nov 2011 to 14 Feb 2012 and tried 3 different centres but not a single appointment available.

how can this be possible?

maybe there is some trick that i am missing out here, experienced members please help.
