After being here for ten years the ho asked me to leave my solictor sent them a letter to say i won't be leaving at thart date . I now want to to put in an application to stay in the uk.

i am in a relationship have a 7year old daugher and one on the way. i also have 3 step child who see me as there father.

my question is is my case strong enough for ho togrant me styay in the uk.

Also is it best that i have solictor to this for me or can i do this myself?

What are the natiinality of these children? Is you name on their birth certificate and what role do you play in their lives. What is the nature of the relationship with you and their mother? Are you msrried?

You could try doing it on your own depending on the complexities of your immigrstion history.

Are you an overstayer or have valid leave to remain in the UK?
Subsequent to your divorce, who will your child(ren) live with? if not with you, will you have access to your child(ren)?
