ILR for Grandfather in Pakistan!

Post by 215HAN » Fri Nov 18, 2011 10:31 am

Hi All,

I am in need of some help in applying for ILR for my Grandfather in Pakistan who is over the age of 65. What supporting evidence do I need to provide and because recently he has been refused a Visit Visa will this affect the ILR application?

Thanks

See Older dependent relatives

Indefinite Leave applied for from outside the UK is Indefinite Leave to Enter, not Indefinite Leave to Remain.

This link is taking me to an ILR application form. Will I still use this even though its for a person aged over 65 and applying for ILE?

it is not taking you to a form - it is taking to you a page of information on applying under this catergory from inside or outside the UK which includes information on fees.

take the time to read the page and click on the relevent link for application fees where it says 'more information'
