Urgent Tier 4 Refused --> New application for PSW

Post by vadivelmsc » Thu Nov 17, 2011 10:59 pm

Help needed in --
Will my application be refused if I apply for PSW visa? What can I do in this situation?

My story:

1. My visa expired on 30th Augest. I saw that in september only and i applied Student visa in 20th September within the 28 days of grace period time.

2. I got a letter from home office as rejected. The reason for Insufficent Balance . I showed only £1200 but they are asking £2400 for me bcoz of late application(Not intime application so asked every months £600 in my case statements shows Jan is my degree ending date so 4 months = 2400).

3. I applied reconsideration as my solicter advised . Today i got another letter from home office. you have to apply new visa with sufficient fund.

4. Now i finished my degree. 2days back only i got result from university of greenwich. So now I cant able apply student visa

5. Successfully i maintained £800 for 90 days for PSW now.

My Question:

Assume i got a degree certificate from my university in next week means

1. Can i able to apply PSW visa?

2. If yes How much money i need to maintain for 90 days

3. They will consider me as a overstayed?

4. If yes How can i apply for PSW?

5. If not £800 is enough to apply New PSW visa?

Please someone help in this situation. If someone faced this problem how did solved this problem.

What need to do now

Thanks for your advice....

you are technically an overstayer since 30th of August since your subsequent application was refused.

you have overstayed for more than 28 days... so you can not avoid automatic 1 year ban

you need to leave uk, and apply for entry clearance after 1 year.

psw will be closed in April 2012. so, think of other ways to enter uk, if u must after serving 1 year ban.

this is my opinion. wait for others' input on your case

I hope there will be another option available. And i hope they wont be consider me as a over-stayer.

you are an overstayer - there is no disputing that. You can apply for PSW from within the UK as an overstayer although you will not get a right of appeal if refused.
