indian passport requirement

hi ,i am new to this forum,
i don't know where should apply this question sorry if i m in wrong place.
i have few question ,like
1.there is a place for indian passport on first page they said paste a picture which should 3.5*4.5,but they said in guideline 51mm*51mm i am bit confused,is pictures taken at super market like asda are ok or not.

2.for renewal passport for my daugter 11 yrs old what should i tick on first page
i)re-issue passport
ii)renewal of short validity passport

3.fees for 11yrs old renew passport fees because she is in yrs 11 now by the time after 5 yrs she will be 16 so bit confused and do i need to send a affidavit about change in appearance as well

confused about the pictures size requirement ,and or who can share experience about documents and procedure.
