query regarding tier1 visa extension

Hi

I am holding General tier 1 VISA and extension is due in may 2012. I m cuurently working as permanent Employee in a firm gainig 33K as the annual income. Recently i have taken up a part time job starting october 2011 and getting 600 Pounds per month as the salary hy cheque.

My query is that when i will be applying for visa ,what all docs i need to show regarding the Income . Also tell me is it correct to show last 12 months salary slip from firm 1 and from Nov 2011 to May2012 salary slip for firm2.

Will this bring me under the correct slab of income equivalent point.

No. There is no way for anyone to know if this brings you in the correct income bracket as we do not know what bracket you need to be in inorder to qualify.

All income should be from a selected 12 month cycle. If you choose to show income from 1 May 2011 to 30 April 2012, you can show payslips from firm 1 for that period. You can also show your firm 2 income from October 2011 to April 2012 on top of your firm 1 income provided you can provide two sources of evidence on this income as specified on the Policy Guidance (see link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... idance.pdf)
