Nov 28th PEO appointment for ILR, please advise......

Moderators, apologies for reposting, hoping to get some response... I really appreciate your response..

I have an appointment at PEO for ILR 28th Nov.
My details are as below.

- Entry clearance on 20th Aug 2006 on Workpermit
- Few extensions of work permits till 1st March 2009
- Due to completion of assignment, I left UK on 8th Dec 2008(had valid visa till 1 March 2009). Before leaving UK I attended an interview and got offer letter dated 16th Dec 2008.
- With offer letter dated 16th Dec 2008, I applied for Tier-1 from India and got visa from 12th Feb 2009. Travelled back to UK on 17th Feb 2009.

So I was away for 68 days unpaid and no job in UK.

Total absences in 5 years is 216 (including unpaid 68 absences explained above). For other 148 absences (110 annual leave and 48 business trip) I have employer letter, payslips and bank statements.

Also I have 4 p60's and a P45(2008-2009,I also have payslips and bank statements)

I think I was eligible for ILR in Aug 2011.

I got different response from UKBA phone line and email... I have posted this on my previous post (http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... highlight=)

Still I am bit worried about 68days absence, can you please advise...???
