Visa application & renewal

Hi everyone,
My fiancee in India is planning to come to the UK on an entrepreneur visa.
Her family will be giving her the 200K to invest in the business.

My questions are the following.
She is an experienced management consultant and will starting a company to do the same here as she has one client already over here, who she deals with.
1) Her work requires her to be on the client site for months and also travel with the client to sites on presentations etc.
But her client will contract her company and not her. So is that viable ? Because she will be working at the client site, but on behalf of her company.
2) When she employs somebody in the UK and that person also works with her in the client site, is that ok with the rules? Because although they are not employees of the clients company and are working on their own companys behalf, but physically on the client site.
3) Since the business doesn't require huge investment in property or is not capital intensive per se, the salary that she will pay herself and her employees will be the main expenditure + the business travel etc; will that be summed to be the investment made in the UK for renewal of visa purposes ?
