Hi
My Wife is pregnant and wanted to bring my mother-in-law to support her during this period. We have applied for UK Family visit visa in Hyderabad and the Visa was refused stating "You state in your application that you are a Widow, Unemployed and dependent on financial support from your Sons. You have not provided any evidence of your financial circumstances or sufficient evidence of your personal circumstances in assessing your visa application form and supporting documents. I do not consider that you have social or economic ties outside of the UK to satisfy me that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor and intend to leave after the period stated by you."
We have provided a notary copy of the agricultural land that is on name of my mother-in-law and also bank statement of joint account for past 6 months with a balance of 2 lakhs rupees. As stated by ECO there is no evidence of support provided by her sons in bank statements as there are not too many transactions through bank showing that my mother-in-law is supported by her sons. Is there any other info that can be supplement to re-apply the visa and any options. Also any views on what details are to be provided to prove any personal circumstances.
Regards
Ram
