Civil Judgement

Post by Charliewhite » Wed Nov 23, 2011 11:20 am

Seniors,

Can you Please help with my below query?

What is called civil judgement?

Getting a summons from majesty court for a non payment council tax is a civil judgement?

I paid full amount including the summon cost on very next day (before the court hearing date). as well got a confirmation from council
regarding I have paid all the bills with out any outstanding.

Is this coming under civil judgement? Do I need to disclose this for Tier 1
extension as well ILR.

Thanks

A judgement, in a legal context, is synonymous with the formal decision made by a court following a lawsuit.
No court judgement / no judge / no magistrate .... no judgement.
