i am 35 years old from Pakistan my to-be wife is uk born English. She is government school teacher.
we are going to marry in December in Pakistan.
we know each other via internet since 2007 and now decided to marry i have her oldest email from 2007 and she has my emails record from 2009 (to prove that we have been in touch since 2007)
kindly guide me regarding one thing
we never exchanged any letter by post still now and now we are going to write each other in November and December we have old phone calls record too but not much and mostly we have been on yahoo messenger and via emails to show that we have been in touch since 2007.
please guide me will having no by post letter yet effect our visa application????
second and most importantly
we marry next month (December) in her school's off time for Christmas.
now if i apply in January next year, visa officer will think that we recently married and i am applying for spouse visa and my sole purpose to apply for spouse visa to get immigration via family route.
will he consider our relation time after marriage or will he also consider our relation time before marriage which is since 2007 and i have few telephone calls and email evidence to back up my claim that we have been in touch since 2007????
so what is the best time to apply after our marriage (which is due in December)???
should i apply in January or should i delay to submit my application???
second if i delay my application to show that we have been in touch after marriage even then my to-be wife can travel to me in Pakistan in her school off days .i can not travel to her because of my limited financial resources.
so how i can assure visa officer that my marriage is genuine and not sham or not for only to get immigration via family route???
kindly guide
