hi! i m MBA student my visa is going to expire on 31 dec 2011 and my result is coming in 19 january i came in this country in 2008. i spoke to many lawyers, 1 said apply with FLR(o) with ur college letter saying u will get result in 19 and when u get it send it with change of circumstances 2nd said just apply with college letter n when u get it send it.i m confused what to do?and if got rejection in both cases will i get over stayed and can i then apply from back home.or if i get admission in othercourse and then send application after that change of circumstances with psw form will they accept it or not?

can i use my uk bank statement if i apply outside from uk and i have changed address in uk during 3months. does it matters pls help i dont have that much time.

Yes.

Bank statements are used as evidence of finances / funds / income. The address(es) on the bank statement(s) is has no relevance. The policy guidance does not state anywhere that the bank statement(s) "must show the applicants residential / office / communication address"!!
