In country Tier 2 General

Post by kish_kk84 » Mon Nov 28, 2011 2:57 pm

Hi

I need some suggestions/advise.

I have a COS (start date 12th Dec 2011) & applied for Tier 2 General (Switching from ICT to General) and received acknowledgement letter. I’m waiting for biometric letter.

The point of concern here is, my current visa is going to expire on 15th Jan 2012 means I cannot work beyond this date to my current employer. So at any cost I have to resign my current job by 15th Dec 2011.
- If I don’t get my new visa by 15th Jan 2012 then what should I do?

Thanks

Hi Kish,

Did you apply for the Tier General (Switching from ICT to General) by staying in UK itself?

Many Thanks,

You may, by virtue of section 3C.
