Need some advice please for Indefinite

hi

I will apply for my indefinite in Feb 2013. I am on Tier1 general . My wife came 4 months ago on dependent visa. now my questions are.

Can my wife apply with me for indefinite as dependent?? or she needs 5 years stay for indefinite??

Also

I need to pass life in uk test only or any other test as well??

your help will be greatly appreciated.

As of current rules Dependents needs to be stayed for 2 yrs (not 5 years)

When does your current visa expire? Just wondering whether you have to apply for ILR then, or whether you think you need to apply then?
