Good Character req.

Post by colinut » Mon Nov 28, 2011 10:59 pm

Hi all,

I was wondering if it's worth applying now for British Citizenship.
I had a car accident on 01/2008 (bumped someone from behind at traffic lights).
Six months later (07/2008) I was taken to court for "driving without due care and attention", was given 5 points on my license and £200 fine.

On my paper license the offence code is marked as CD10.

If this will stop me qualify, how long until it becomes spent?

Many thanks in advance.
