IM EEA HUSBAND, I WANNA APPLY FOR EEA2 RESIDENCE CARD!!! ACTUALLY ME AND MY WIFE LIVING WHIT MY SISTER COUNCIL HOUSE...DO I NEED TO SEND ANY EVIDENCE ON MY APPLICATION PROVING MY ADDRESS LIKE (RENTAL AGREEMENT,LEASE..) OF JUST WRITING THE ADRESS ON THE EEA APPLICATION FORM WITCH I HAVE ALL MY BANK STATEMENT....!!!??

You can be homeless and still apply for an RC. Or be a "traveler" (which is UK slang).
