Hi All ,

Need some Advice !

I came to UK from India on 24/07/10 on Tier 2 ( ICT ) Established Staff Visa .

I thought of applying Tier 1 and do a switch but I was not sure of staying in UK then . But now I regret that ... & now I would like to extend my stay .

What options do I have now as I can't apply for Tier 1 ? My visa is getting expired on 24/07/12

Can I move from Tier 2 ( ICT ) to Tier 2 ( General ) IF i get a Sponsor ?

If I manage to stay till 2015 can I apply for ILR then ... ? Please Provide suggestions .... badly need them !
