Unmarried partner achievements.

Post by hsmp06 » Thu Sep 28, 2006 9:24 pm

I would like to claim points on my partners academic achievements. We both are unmarried but have been living together from sept 04.

Sept 04 - Dec 05: We started living together. Although we do not have any documents that are jointly addressed. I and my partner have our individual bank statements, credit card statements showing the address. I have HC2 certificate (Exemption from paying for medicines). Can I show the above as acceptable form of evidence.

Jan 06 - current: We moved to a different house. We again have our individual bank statements, credit card statements, tenancy agreement and HC2 certificate and letters from hospital showing the current address.

My query: 1. Does the HomeOffice accept proof of bank statements and credit card statements for both the addresses?
2. Do they accept mobile phone bill as a proof of address as we have our mobile phone bills that can show that we have been living together.
3. What statements from Inland Revenues would be accepted as supporting evidence.

Can someone please advice me on this. My HSMP visa has been rejected twice so far and have to make it work this time. So please help.

Your help will be very much appreciated.
