Application form

Post by Nicka » Mon Jul 04, 2011 10:47 am

Hello!

My husband is a work permit holder leave to remain and we married 2 month ago. I applied for dependent visa on 15 June.

we fill in the tier 2 dependent form but that after submitting we find out that we should apply dependent to current work permit holder form.the wrong form!!! now I have two question

Firstly could this wrong form be the reason of refusal?
Second I show my own bank account as the maintance fund.Coul it be acceptable?

Thanks a lot
Nicka

Your application will be considerd as an "Invalid application" unless they decide to excercise discretion.
The concequences of an Invalid application are that is your current leave had expired by now, then you are considered as an overstayer.
Using you bank statements is not appropriate if your application is considered under Tier 2.
