Tier 2 dependent visa Check list

Hi I have been in process of applying of my wife dependent visa from india. I have been in Uk under tier 2 general visa from last 2 years. Following are the documents i have prepared to send with my application

(1) Printed Online application form
(2) Wife passport
(3) 2 passport sized photograph of my wife
(4) Copy of my passport and visa
(5) 3 month bank statement showing funds didnt go below (800+599)
(6) Letter from my emplyer confirming my job and salary
(7) Last 3 months payslip
(8) Marriage certificate

Can someone please let me know if this documents are enough and i am not missing anything? Secondly i have read at quite a few places that people submitting rental agreement and NOC ...is it a requirement to submit the rental agreement and NOC?
