EEA2: EEA employed, non-EEA job seeking. CSI necessary?

Hi,

my partner (non-EEA national) will enter the UK in December with his EEA family visa. I (EEA national) am working in the UK for over 4 years now.

To have a better chance of getting a job in the UK my partner will apply for a resident card as soon as he has arrived here.

My questions:

• - I am covered by NHS, will my spouse be covered, too, or does he need CSI?
  - If he doesn't need CSI: how do I fill-in the CSI section in the EEA2 form?
  - If he needs CSI: after he found a job, is CSI still necessary, or will be covered by NHS in the moment he's paying his NI fees/taxes in the UK?

If the EEA national is working, CSI is not required. It doesn't matter what the non-EEA national is doing. It's the EEA national activity that matters.

I'm not familiar with a CSI section in the EEA2 form. There are only check boxes with regards to CSI which you don't need to check if not applicable.
