What happens if two different employers submit applications for WorkPermit for the same candidate?

The world will come to an end...

I have not heard of any harm having two work permit approvals. For example, if one is expiring and a person gets another job and gets the WP attached to it - this would be the situation when the person has two WPs before the previous one expires. Perfectly normal, I guess.
But the FLR(IED) can only be one.

Thank you Jeff,
My friend got a job last month and the employer was waiting for the closing date of the application to apply for a WP. Meanwhile he got a better offer and accepted it as well. Now, the first employer has informed now that they have made an application for WP, also his second emloyer also has done so......................................... a big mess just because he did not inform the first one that he is no longer interested in their offer........... :?:

No mess, I guess.
You can collect 10 WP approvals and use for your FLR(IED) the one for the job you intend to choose.
Some people are quite crafty landing dozens of jobs! 8) Good for them!
