Change of Employment - unrestricted?

Post by Sergeij » Sat Dec 03, 2011 11:10 pm

Please please can someone help me!!
I'm under Tier 2 (General) at the moment, and have got a job offer from a new employer. So it should be change of emplyment COS, right? And should the new employer apply for an unrestricted COS or a restricted COS? Would unrestricted COS be easier to get than a restricted one, or harder? Many many thanks!

Your employer should get you unrestricted COS - (assuming you intend to apply while in UK)

you should make a Tier 2 'change of employer' application

Many thanks. Another question, does this application need to have the labour market test please?

if its a requirement of the job, then yes..

all shortage occupations are exempted from this requirement
