PR, Separation and EU Wife will do absolute minimum to help
Hi all, I need your advice.
I am applying on basis of Stamp 4 EUFAM, Non EU Married to EU Citizen
As we are separated, but not yet divorced she is willing to help, but doing the absolute minimum with the application
We are married for more than 6 years, but separated for 3. Still in contact, and have not yet started divorce talks.
Below is a list, as per form EU3.
Below is what I have already, and, “her” section,
ME Have all the below already:
Cover Letter
Passport of Applicant
2 x Passport Photos
Civil Marriage Certificate
Signed Employment Contract OR Letter from employer setting out terms of contract.
P60 for the last 5 years
Letter from Social Services that no benefits was claimed.
Letter or Registration with FAS
Bank Statement
Private Health Insurance 2006 - 2012
Tenancy Agreement 2008 - 2012
Both Have this already
Utility bills in the names of both the applicant and the EU Citizen 2006 - 2010
Tenancy Agreement 2006 – 2008
Bank Statement 2006 – 2010
Need below:
HER National Identity of applicant – She will give this
2 x Passport Photos – She will give this
Signed Employment Contract OR Letter from employer setting out terns of contract.
P60 for the last 5 years - She believe as I am giving mine, she don’t need to?
Tenancy Agreement 2008 - 2012
Utility bills in the names of both the applicant and the EU Citizen
Can you please confirm, what I need from her, and what is the minimum documentation required?
