switching Channel Islands work permit to ICT (Tier 2) UK

Hi, I wonder if anyone could advise on this one. Have been holding Channel Islands work permit visa for 1.5 years, now am planning to move to the UK (within the same company) as intra company transfer and stay in UK for another 3 years and apply for settlement after 5 years.

Is it still valid, can it be done ?
