Please help. Problem with MN1

I am filling out joint applications husband & wife + 3 children. All ok except for my youngest son. He was born in UK Feb. 2010 and we've all been granted ILR JULY 2010.

My problem.. I don't know as to what section he would be applying for. My other 2 children were born abroad so they will be section 3 (1).
