Citizenship References Signatures

Post by mr.inquirer » Sat Dec 10, 2011 7:00 am

Hi, in your experience, is it required to personally bring my 3 referees to sign in front of the solicitor as well? Or is it just myself that is required to sign in front of a solicitor, and my referees can just sign without appearing? Thanks for any info!

No, your three referees do not need to go with you to the solicitor..........It is only you who will have to sign the declaration at the presence of a soliticitor/commissoner of oath.
I thought the form is self-explanatory.

Best wishes!
