unmarried partners visa

Post by Zeena990 » Tue Nov 29, 2011 3:38 am

Hello friends,

I am on PSW visa and my visa expires in Jan 2012. My husband will be applying for his PSW visa in Dec 2011. Can i apply as his dependent while I am in UK or do i have to go back home and apply from there. Is it possible to switch to PSW dependent from PSW while staying in UK as it is not possible for me to go back home as i have no support over there and no place to live there. Please help !

Thanks

it is not possible to switch. You need to apply from outside the UK.
