FLR(M) application form - Section 4.1 question Help

Post by 1980mohan » Mon Dec 12, 2011 9:58 am

My wife applying FLR(M) application form tommorrow. She is currently holding Tier 1 depandent visa. Recently I got ILR visa. She is switch from Tier 1 Depandent to spouse visa. She is living less than 2 years.

My question is in the application form Section 4.1
Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in the one of the above categories with your current partner?

Do we need say YES or NO?

If NO means ? which option I have to select A or B or C or D

The answer is YES, because it is the first time your wife will be applying as a Spouse of a person present and settled in the UK. Hope this help?
