I do not have any relationship with third partly but only friendship.

If I mention the relationship with third party as friend, is that okay?

What is your actual immigration question? I think you need to elaborate on what you have in mind because as it stands your current post would, with it's potential romantic theme, be better suited to the Agony Aunt column of the Daily Mirror.
