What after a PSW ?

I heard that the TIER 1 General option is now closed , what option do we have after our PSW expires ? Do we have any visa option that we can be legally to work in the UK ?

I work for a very reputed company in the Uk and would like to continue working there , but what really are my options after the PSW .

Sorry if this might seem like a dumb question , reality is that I have no one to ask for help...So thank you for your time and replies in advance :)
