Just wondering if any one can provide me with some guidance, I am currently on tier 1 general visa and recently got my extension for next two years as i am in a permanent job role here.
I got a good contract opportunity in europe and i am very much willing to take it. what are the things i need to do before here in uk like registering my company or sole trader etc to make sure if i need to get an extension after 2 years provided if my europe contract is ended, to get teir 1 general extension or i have to apply for the fresh teir 1 visa?
Sorry i am completely new to this limited or sole trader/self employed, as have always been a permanent employee
Any guidance or help will be very much appreciated before i go ahead with my european adventure
