I am confused about which form is Spousal Visa now...

I apologize in advance if my question is silly... This is not first time that I am applying for Spousal Visa, in past I used for VAF4A, but the process for applying is now changed, and I am not sure anymore what am I supposed to pick as a form I am applying from outside of the UK, as a spouse of somebody settled in the UK.
I have 2 options:
- I want to live temporarily in the UK (residence)
- I want to live permanently in the UK without becoming a citizen (settlement)

I am guessing it s the 2nd option, but i wanna make sure. Sorry again if my question is too silly.

Also, more general question, and probably again very silly, but gotta use a chance while im here Since that is also changed and I now need to pay online for my visa application, will it be alright if my husband pay for it with his card, or does it need to be me?

What are all those yellow balls for? The application to settle is made on VAF4A. However, many countries mandate for on-line submissions only so, in such cases, you should choose Settlement from the drop-down menu.
