Spouse settlement Visa

Post by slj_ram » Tue Oct 03, 2006 11:11 am

Hi Friends

I have seen all the posts in this forum and i should definitely mention that the moderators are really doing a great job here.

Am impressed and here am to seek your expert advise.Am in UK for the past 18 months on workpermit.I got married before 16 months back in India.
My husband is a permanent resident here. We plan to go to india in couple of weeks and apply for my spouse visa as my work permit is due to expire.

We have all the required documents sorted out. But still nervous if i would get the visa. two reasons being.

1) My husband recently shifted his job.For the past 4 months his salary is around 1200 PM.Recently before 2 months he has got a hike and now he gets 2000 PM.
So we have got his hike letter. But only one month payslip reflects 2000 GBP.Rest of them reflects only 1000 GBP
Will this be a problem ?
I also have all my payslips with 1800 GBP PM

2) The second issue is my husbands bank statement. Couple of times he has had a negative balance in his account. However it was not too negative. It
was around -200 GBP just couple of times.Latest balance is decent though.
Will this cause any problems.

Can someone please advise. I need your help as soon as possible as i dont have much time really.

Thanks
