Hi,
I wonder if someone could advise me on this please. A friend of mine got married to a women. Since he is british national he sponsored her and got spouse visa for her. Now almost 20 months later he got to know that since her visa was running out she did not have an option but to get married to her to stay in the UK.
Its not 2 year since their marriage but in 2 months time, she will complete her 10 years stay in UK. What can my friend do to end her stay and get her deported. Hes broken to get to know that he was just being USED all this time.

The only thing your friend can do is inform UKBA about the breakdown in relationship.

Nothing more!
