Three Months Payslips - Student to Spouse Visa. Please help

Post by pea » Sun Oct 01, 2006 1:35 pm

Hi,

When applying for spouse visa Ive been told you need to provide 3 months recent payslips. Would it jepordise application if i decide to change my job and show payslips from different jobs? Would I then need to provide P45?

I'm a Brtitish Citizen. My fiance currently lives here and holds student visa which wont expire till Sept 2007, we are both travelling to Bangladesh to get married in December this year. If i apply for a spouse visa and gets refused then can he come back to the UK as he still has his student visa?

Thanks for your help

Last I saw it was 6 months wage slips. I dont think the wage slips being from different places matters as long as the name and NINO is the same. Also get a letter from you employer saying when you started , how long you have been working there , that you are a permanenet employee , what your job title is and how much you earn. Also take your p60. The more evidence the better.

Thanks for the reply Sreeni. I only started working for my current employer in April this year so I can't get a P60? or can I? I can get a letter from my employer confirming my wages and permanent status. Do you know if they will contact my employer to confirm it all? Im a graduate from london met uni and he is also from greenwich uni, would that amplify things?

Many many thanks
